Professional CareerTom began his legal career in 2004 at the Connecticut law firm Rogin Nassau. Since then he has represented employers, contractors, commercial landlords and tenants, businesses and individuals before the state and federal courts of Connecticut and Washington. He has also advised employers, homeowner and condominium associations, and technology clients in dealing with the day-to-day legal issues that arise in their businesses. Tom joined Nold ♦ Muchinsky in 2010. 
PersonalTom was born and raised in Utah, where he met his wife, Merinda. Tom speaks some German, and has lived in Germany both as a small child and later as a college exchange student. He enjoys spending most of his free time with his wife and daughter. Tom also enjoys running, reading about popular science, and listening to music. He recently completed the Seattle Rock N’ Roll Marathon (his first). 
EducationTom graduated with honors from the University of Connecticut School of Law, where he was Managing Editor of the Connecticut Public Interest Law Journal. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Utah. During law school Tom interned at the New York District Office of the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. |
