Nafees Uddin



Professional Career

Nafees' practice focuses on advising clients involved in various civil disputes, with an emphasis in representing commercial landlords, financial institutions, and creditors navigate commercial litigation and real estate issues. 

Prior to joining Nold Muchinsky, Nafees worked as an associate attorney at an AM Law 100 law firm in Seattle. 


Nafees was born and spent the formative years of his life in Karachi, Pakistan. He is fluent in Urdu/Hindi. Nafees enjoys spending his spare time with his wife Lindsay, their pup Roux, playing racquetball, reading fiction, and trying new restaurants.

While in law school, Nafees spent time as a legal fellow at the Starbucks Corporation, held an externship with U.S. District Court Chief Judge Marsha J. Pechman, and represented Seattle University at the ABA Employment Law Mock Trial competition in New York. He was named to the National Order of Barristers.
