Tom is an experienced litigator well-versed in all facets of commercial, construction, landlord/tenant, complex tort, and product liability disputes. He has efficiently achieved successful outcomes for clients representing both defendants and plaintiffs.
Tom’s strengths are the ability to creatively spot and develop legal strategies and solutions to tackle complex problems, and to effectively communicate complex concepts to decision makers in a straightforward and persuasive manner.
When not practicing law, Tom enjoys the finest aspects of life in the Pacific Northwest, from sampling craft beers and live music, to skiing and hiking. He enjoys spectating basketball (the Utah Jazz) and playing board games with friends and family, including his wife and daughter and their two cats.
